About Us
Palace was started in 1990 by a group of parents who couldn’t find the therapies they wanted for their children with special needs.
So they decided to set up Palace – a centre where children can get the therapies they need and where parents and carers can get support and relax in a friendly environment, learn from each other’s experiences and have a chat over a cup of tea.
We have grown over the years and now have a centre offering a wide range of services and facilities all under one roof.
